Our formulations are grounded in published research, and we'd rather leave something out than add it for show.

Við vorum búin að reyna að verða ólétt í 1,5 ár. Búin að fara í ýmis tjékk en niðurstaðan var sú að þetta væri óútskýrð ófrjósemi. Ég sé svo auglýsingu með þessum pakka og ákveð að ég hafi ekki neinu að tapa og breyti áskrift minni í þennan pakka. Ég hugsaði svo sum ekki mikið útí það nema hvað að eftir tvo mánuði er ég orðin ófrísk! Ég trúi ekki öðru en að þetta hafi hjálpað okkur enda breytti ég engu öðru.

Er með PCOS og fór á blæðingar alltaf með 1 árs milli bili. Búin að taka Support núna í næstum því mánuð og er byrjuð á blæðingum! Gæti ekki mælt meira með!

Hef verið að taka vítamínin frá Venju í ca ár og elska þau! Var með brjóstagjafapakkann þegar ég var með strákinn minn á brjósti og skipti svo yfir í Support þar sem ég er með PCOS einkenni (reyndar endó líka en er á getnaðarvörn) og hef dílað við mikið hormónaójafnvægi. Finn svo mikinn mun á mér strax eftir fyrstu vikurnar! Var alltaf áður að raða vítamínum í box sem tók hellings tíma. Þetta er alveg frábært fyrirkomulag og hefur gert mikið fyrir mig ❤️ mæli eindregið með!

Eftir að hafa hætt á getnaðarvarnarpillunni fór líkaminn minn í algjöran hormónarússíbana í ca fimm mánuði. Tíðahringurinn minn var alltaf eins og klukka áður en ég byrjaði á pillunni en eftir að hafa hætt varð tíðahringurinn óreglulegur, húðin mín var að drukkna í olíu og ég braust út í bólum á bringu og baki (hef verið greind með borderline/mjög vægt PCOS af kvensjúkdómalækni). Ég las mig til um Venju og ákvað að kaupa Venju SUPPORT þar sem það passaði við einkennin sem ég var að glíma við. Eftir að hafa tekið vítamínin í að mér fannst nokkra daga varð húðin mín minna olíukennd, bólurnar fóru að hverfa og í dag er hún eins og barnarass. Það getur auðvitað verið tilviljun að hormónin hafi jafnast út um þetta leyti en mér finnst líklegra að vítamínin hafi hjálpað líkamanum að komast í rétt horf. Eftir að hafa klárað einn kassa af Support vítamínunum var tíðahringurinn ennþá óvenjulega langur (40 dagar) en það var ekki alvarlegra en svo að ég varð ólétt eftir að hafa tekið vítamínin í rúmlega mánuð. Ég ætla því að breyta núna yfir í Essential. Mjög þakklát fyrir Venju.

Tíðahringurinn og hormónin mín voru í rugli í meira en heilt ár eftir að ég hætti á getnaðarvarnarpillunni. Eftir einungis einn pakka af vítamínunum var tíðahringurinn minn kominn innan venjulegra marka. Ég hef alltaf átt mjög erfitt með að muna eftir vítamínum en núna með Venju klikkar það afskaplega sjaldan. Ég hef mælt með Venju við allar þær konur sem eru í kringum mig.
