Never more than you need
Your body doesn't stay the same, and a supplement made for everyone is made for no one in particular.
What you need at 25 isn't what pregnancy asks of you, or what perimenopause does. So we don't build one formula and hope it fits. We build each Venja pack for a single stage, around what that stage calls for, and nothing it doesn't.
That's the thinking behind Venja. Not more ingredients. The right ones, for where you are.
Every ingredient earns its place
We dose to the gap between what your food already gives you and what your body needs at this stage, not to the biggest number the label will hold.
A nutrient goes in only when there's a documented reason for it to be there. If it can't answer that question, it stays out. No trend ingredients in token amounts, no padding.
Our formulations are grounded in published research, and we'd rather leave something out than add it for show.
The forms your body can use
Supplements come in many forms, and they aren't equal. We choose the ones that are well absorbed and easy to take every day: active forms where they matter, chelated minerals for absorption and tolerance, vegan sources wherever they perform as well. Plant-based capsules, clean-label ingredients, no artificial sweeteners.

Every Venja batch is tested by Eurofins, one of Europe's largest independent labs, for heavy metals, microbes, and natural toxins.
