1× Core Essential multivitamin - specially developed for women of reproductive age (18–40). Provides a solid nutritional foundation with nutrients that are often hard to get enough of through diet alone, including vitamin D, folate, iron, and iodine. Also contains a potent dose of vitamin B6 to support regular hormonal function, and zinc to help maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood.

1× Vegan Omega-3 from algae - DHA/EPA (2:1) to support brain and heart health.

2× Magnesium bisglycinate - a form with excellent absorption and no laxative effect. Supports sleep and relaxation, and is known for its positive effects on insulin sensitivity, sleep quality, and mental wellbeing.

3× Myo- and D-chiro inositol (40:1) with CoQ10 - a unique blend of two types of inositol in the 40:1 ratio that has been most studied for supporting regular ovulation in women with PCOS. Research on inositol points to positive effects on insulin sensitivity, ovarian function, fertility, and androgen balance. CoQ10 plays a key role in cellular energy production, egg cells contain particularly high levels of CoQ10, and natural production declines with age, which may affect fertility and cellular energy. Selenium is an antioxidant that supports normal thyroid function; research suggests women with PCOS often have lower selenium levels, linked to hormonal balance and insulin sensitivity.

Returns & exchanges

We always send a reminder a few days before your next pack is processed, so you have time to make changes if you want to delay, adjust or cancel your order. That way, hopefully you won't need to return or swap anything. But if something comes up, you're always welcome to return or exchange your pack. It needs to be in its original condition, as received, and the return window is 14 days from delivery, in line with our terms.
