2× Core Essential Iron Free multivitamin
Specially designed for breastfeeding women to support energy, recovery, and wellbeing during this demanding stage. The formula contains choline for brain function and metabolism, biotin and zinc to support hair and skin, plus elevated levels of calcium and vitamin D for maternal bone health. B vitamins, magnesium, and iodine contribute to energy, balance, and normal thyroid function.

2× Vegan Omega-3 from algae
In the optimal DHA/EPA ratio (2:1) to support maternal brain and heart health. A mother's intake of DHA supports normal brain and eye development in her nursing infant.

2× Magnesium bisglycinate
A form with excellent absorption and no laxative effect. Supports sleep, relaxation, and may help reduce muscle tension.
Nutrients that support hormonal balance

As the body recovers from birth and milk production begins, the need for energy, minerals, and fatty acids increases. For example, the body needs around 200 mg of calcium daily to produce breast milk and if calcium is lacking, it will draw from the mother's own bones. Returns & exchanges

We always send a reminder a few days before your next pack is processed, so you have time to make changes if you want to delay, adjust or cancel your order. That way, hopefully you won't need to return or swap anything. But if something comes up, you're always welcome to return or exchange your pack. It needs to be in its original condition, as received, and the return window is 14 days from delivery, in line with our terms.

Here's how returns work:

  2. Create a return and print the barcode provided
  3. Attach it to the pack you want to return and drop it off at your nearest Dropp delivery point
  4. Once the pack reaches us, we'll refund you for the product
