Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.

We dose to the gap between what your food already gives you and what your body needs at this stage, not to the biggest number the label will hold.
A nutrient goes in only when there's a documented reason for it to be there. If it can't answer that question, it stays out. No trend ingredients in token amounts, no padding.
Our formulations are grounded in published research, and we'd rather leave something out than add it for show.
